Reba Beeson practiced tax law with Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Sidley (formerly, Brown & Wood) and securities law, focusing on alternative investments, with Morrison Cohen. Ms. Beeson served as lead counsel for the private equity and real estate fund portfolio for UBS's Alternative Investments Group, and she was Head of Complex Financing and SVP for BNP/Paribas (North America), in which she was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of tax-efficient cross-border investments and structured transactions for the bank's multinational corporate clients and institutional investors. Ms. Beeson also served in both legal and business roles as Senior Tax Counsel and Director of Structured Investments for Pitney Bowes Credit Corporation, where she structured a broad array of financing transactions encompassing leasing, lending, credit card offerings, securitizations, asset-backed structured financing, partnership and other special-purpose, flow-through investment vehicles, equity investments, and cross-border structured financial transactions, where she also spearheaded Pitney Bowes's corporate venture investment business. In addition to her affiliation with SRD Legal Group.  Ms. Beeson also practices law with Berger Legal and serves as a compliance principal for AllianceBernstein and GCM Grosvenor and as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Greenwich Energy Investments and Greenwich Energy Capital Advisors.
