Erwin Eichmann is a business strategist and practices in the fields of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, media law and intellectual property, technology, procurement and licensing.  He previously worked as General Counsel and Chief Business Officer of TheStreet, Inc., a publicly-traded financial services and digital media company, as Chief Operations Officer and Lead Negotiator of technology sourcing for Morgan Stanley and as Corporate and Transactions Counsel in the NBC legal department.  He also worked as an associate in the mergers & acquisition department of Shearman & Sterling and as an associate of O'Melveny & Myers.

He received his J.D. with distinction in 1989 from Stanford Law School, and received his B.A. with honors, in economics and electrical engineering, from Yale University in 1986.
