Deborah Epstein Henry is an internationally recognized expert, consultant and public speaker on the future of the legal profession, new legal models, women’s issues and work/life balance. She is the author of LAW & REORDER, the #1 best-selling ABA Flagship Publishing book for 2011. She has co-authored a second book to be released by the ABA in January 2015, entitled FINDING BLISS: Innovative Legal Models for Happy Clients & Happy Lawyers.

Debbie is President of Flex-Time Lawyers LLC, a firm she founded in the late 1990s, providing consulting, training and speaking services to law firms, companies and non-profits in the US, Canada and Europe. Her firm is well known for running Best Law Firms for Women with Working Mother magazine – a national survey to select the top 50 law firms for women and report on industry trends.  She has been featured in The New York Times, NBC Nightly News, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, and The National Law Journal, among many others.

Given Debbie’s platform, she has grown a network of lawyers to over 10,000 and with this network, she co-founded Bliss Lawyers, a firm that provides high caliber temporary part-time and full-time lawyers in "secondments" where the lawyers work at in-house legal departments and law firms yet they are employed by Bliss.  The firm is a new legal model that is run on a virtual platform with employees in a dozen states and counting.

Debbie received her B.A. from Yale and J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.  She is a former practicing litigator and clerk to a New York federal judge.
