Kulia Petzoldt practices corporate law (focusing on review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements) and veterans’ benefits law (representing veterans claiming their benefits from Department of Veterans Affairs). Kulia received a B.A. in Social Sciences from Washington State University, graduating magna cum laude. She then earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at The George Washington University Law School, graduating with honors. While in law school, Kulia successfully participated in the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition led by the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and served as student attorney in the Family Justice Litigation Clinic. Kulia is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Kulia enjoys travel and cooking with her active duty Navy spouse and teen daughter.
