Kenneth (Ken) A. Davis is a corporate attorney with over 20 years of experience in corporate, litigation, and restructuring matters.
Most recently serving as Chief Legal Officer to a distressed enterprise seeking to restructure its debt, Mr. Davis spent the majority of his career as Senior Counsel in the financial restructuring group of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis practiced litigation and transactional law at prominent law firms in New York and San Francisco.
Ken received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1995, where he was an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He attended Hobart College, graduating phi beta kappa, with majors in both Economics and Political Science. Ken lives in Winhall, Vermont. Ken and his wife have two daughters, who enjoy ski racing, soccer and cello. Ken is an avid cyclist, runner and skier, who also enjoys travel and backpacking.
