Cameron Schur practices real estate and corporate law, focusing on the negotiation of acquisition, financing, joint venture and leasing transactions, in addition to non-disclosure agreements and corporate procurement documents on behalf of his clients.

Cam received his B.A. from the University of Florida, where he was on the Dean’s honor roll and received the Florida Academic Scholars Award. Cam received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was Notes Editor of the Cardozo Law Review, served in the Alexander Fellows program for the honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis, United States District Judge in the Eastern District of New York, and worked on behalf of low-income Americans petitioning tax liabilities in front of the United States Court of Appeals. At graduation, Cam received the Benjamin N. Cardozo Award for outstanding contributions in academics and civil advocacy.

Cam joined SRD after beginning his legal career at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he worked on some of the most challenging and innovative real estate projects in the world, including advising clients on the development and/or financing of Hudson Yards, One Vanderbilt and the Tishman Spiral in New York City.

Apart from his law practice, Cam co-owns and operates several bars and restaurants on the Lower East Side. In his spare time, Cam enjoys tournament poker, playing fetch with his Goldendoodle “Jay Gatsby,” and spending time on the beach in Montauk. Cam is a member of the University Club of New York, and active participant in charity and community events.
