Matthew Mistal currently practices corporate law, focusing on the review and negotiation of vendor and confidentiality agreements. Prior to transitioning to corporate law, Matthew held several leadership positions across the securities and investment management industries for over two decades, and has extensive experience with process improvement, system and workflow design and intelligent automation.

When not practicing, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family in their North Salem, New York, community, gaming and following the NBA.
