Jean’s career has touched on many aspects of the issues surrounding technology firms. She has provided general legal and business advice to a full service boutique marketing agency, and negotiated and drafted numerous technology transactions and licensing agreements for a range of businesses. Jean worked for IBM’s Legal Department, both as a Senior Attorney and an independent consultant, supporting various IBM businesses including software, procurement, marketing, retail store solutions, maintenance and personal computers. Prior to attending Pace University School of Law she received her B.S. in engineering from Iowa State University and was an account marketing representative, a systems engineer and an industrial engineer with IBM.
