As the Chief Community Officer and Operations Manager at SRD Legal Group, Julia oversees a spectrum of crucial functions including marketing, human resources, recruitment, operations, and firm wellness initiatives. Her journey at SRD began as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager, where she honed her skills in orchestrating seamless operations.

Before her tenure at SRD, Julia excelled as a Client Success Manager for a SaaS start-up in the oil and gas sector. She also managed the operations of the oldest winery in Texas.

Julia holds an M.B.A. from West Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Environmental Geoscience from Texas A&M University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Julia is dedicated to supporting her community and is married to an active-duty Air Force pilot. In her free time, she indulges her love for travel, volunteers at animal rescues, and enjoys hosting supper club gatherings.
