Moe Islam is a corporate attorney with experience representing leading investment banks, private equity firms, asset managers and corporations in connection with capital markets and financing transactions. Moe also has experience advising on licensing and regulatory issues relating to cross-border investment banking and sales & trading activity. Prior to joining SRD, Moe worked as in-house counsel at Guggenheim Securities and as a corporate transactional attorney at the wall street law firm, Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. Moe received his juris doctorate degree from New York University School of Law and was a Certified Public Accountant prior to attending law school.
