Alexander (Alex) Rosegren is a corporate attorney with experience in project finance, real estate and general corporate law. He was previously the Chief Legal Officer of Abodewell, a real-estate technology and investment startup, and an associate at Allen & Overy LLP in its project finance group focusing on energy and infrastructure transactions.
Alex received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas and Energy Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University with Departmental Honors in Economics. Alex is licensed to practice in New York.
