Alison Cundall is a UK-qualified lawyer with a wealth of experience in negotiating ISDA Master and other trading agreements at top-tier investment banks.  Prior to relocating to the US in 2019, Alison spent most of her career in London, where she was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2005. Alison has extensive knowledge of derivatives documentation and a deep understanding of the risk issues inherent in these complex financial agreements.
