Alyssa L. Chan
Alyssa L. Chan is a corporate attorney with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements. Alyssa’s previous experience includes representing clients in various matters, including entity formation, corporate governance and general corporate law, risk management, SEC reporting, and complex commercial litigation. Alyssa received her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, cum laude, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor on the Chapman Law Review and an Executive Board member of the Student Bar Association and Animal Law Society.
Alyssa is admitted to practice in the state of California, where she currently resides with her husband, cat, and dog. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys reading, photography, and travel, and is the founder of a retail business for stylish pet accessories.
