Amanda Di Dio is Of Counsel at SRD, where she practices corporate law with a focus on reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and other contracts. She helps clients protect sensitive information while keeping agreements clear, efficient, and aligned with real business needs.

In addition to her corporate practice, Amanda brings experience in real estate matters, environmental litigation, and VA disability appeals, giving her a broad, practical perspective on legal risk, asset protection, and regulatory issues. She takes a client-centered approach grounded in clarity, effective use of resources, and streamlined problem-solving. As a military spouse, she offers adaptability and precision, along with a strong appreciation for environmental responsibility and thoughtful advocacy.

She earned her B.A. from the College of Idaho, triple majoring in Political Economy, Philosophy, and Environmental Science, and her J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Amanda is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
