Ambar Fleites is a corporate attorney with experience in real estate and general corporate law. She was previously corporate counsel at Rivercrest Realty Investors, a real estate investment firm specializing in long-term retail asset management. Prior to joining SRD, she was an associate in Greenberg Traurig LLP's Real Estate Finance Group, where she represented institutional lenders on a number of complex matters. Ambar received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and of the Holderness Moot Court's Hispanic/Latino Law Student Association Oral Advocacy Team.

Ambar lives in North Carolina, where she enjoys taking her two Australian Shepherds to the beach and on hikes throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains.
