Ann has significant experience advising on regulatory, disclosure, strategic and reputational matters as well as extensive experience advising on and managing complex matters and processes involving disclosure, corporate governance, accounting and risk management matters. Prior to joining SRD Legal Group, Ms. Laemmle was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where she worked for 13 years, advising on treasury, regulatory, corporate governance and disclosure matters in New York and Zurich. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Ann was a corporate associate for ten years in the New York, London and Hong Kong offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Ms. Laemmle received her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York. She and her husband live in New York City.
