Dan Cohen is corporate and litigation attorney with experience in securities, banking, and general corporate law. He was previously associated with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he represented large institutional clients in a number of complex litigation and corporate matters, including, mergers & acquisitions, securities litigation, and intellectual property matters. Dan maintains a robust pro bono practice, which in the past has included advocating for veterans' rights and immigration issues. Dan received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, magna cum laude, where he was a Notes & Comments Editor on the Brooklyn Law Review.

Dan lives in Brooklyn with his fiancé and their orange cat, Sy. When not practicing law, he enjoys photography and strolling through Prospect Park.
