Evangeline Tross practices in the fields of general corporate law, commercial transactions, technology and corporate finance. Evangeline has over 20 years of experience as an in-house attorney working for financial services firms.

Prior to joining SRD Legal Group Evangeline was an Assistant Chief Counsel at CIT Group Inc., where she worked for the Technology Finance Group, the Treasurer’s Group and in the general counsel’s office reviewing a variety of general contracts.

Prior to CIT Evangeline worked for 14 years as an Assistant General Counsel in the Private Placement Section of the Law Department of The Prudential Insurance Company of America, where she worked on private debt and equity financings, limited partnership investments, workouts and general corporate matters. Evangeline has also served on a number of non-profit boards where she has revised by-laws and engaged in strategic planning and fundraising.
