Hilary is a broad-based corporate attorney with experience in resolving a wide range of legal issues for companies of all sizes in a variety of industries.

Currently based in Los Angeles, Hilary was born in Edinburgh, grew up in Edmonton and Calgary, and started her career in NYC before moving to Croton-on-Hudson to raise her children. Hilary misses New York when sitting in traffic and/or craving pizza — i.e. more or less constantly.

A lifelong runner and bibliophile, Hilary enjoys hiking with her doodle, researching her family’s history in Japan, and binge-watching Netflix. While somewhat of a foodie, Hilary only cooks for necessity.
