Ivy Dodes
Ivy Dodes was previously a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of a number of private equity businesses at Credit Suisse until her retirement from Credit Suisse in March 2018. While at Credit Suisse, she also led various strategic sales and spin-offs of multiple asset management businesses. Prior to that, she had responsibility for fund structuring, employee plans, and product development. Ms. Dodes joined Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000 through the merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where she was Assistant General Counsel to DLJ’s Investment Banking group, including DLJ’s Merchant Banking Group and Private Fund Group. Ms. Dodes joined DLJ from Fulbright & Jaworski in 1992 where she was a Corporate Associate. Ms. Dodes holds a B.A. in Political Science from Queens College and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law where she was an editor of the Law Review. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in December 1988. Ivy will be working with businesses to develop solutions to promote the employment of military spouse attorneys.
