Jack Lee is a corporate attorney with experience representing borrowers and issuers in connection with capital markets and financing transactions. Jack also has experience assisting public companies with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting requirements. Aside from being an attorney, Jack is also a co-owner of an ecommerce retail business. Prior to joining SRD, Jack worked as a corporate transactional attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Jack received his juris doctorate degree from New York University School of Law and was a Series 7, 63 and 24 licensed financial advisor prior to attending law school.
