Jennifer Estabrook joined SRD in October 2024 and her extensive global experience as a General Counsel and corporate executive allows her to work on a wide range of legal matters, including, general corporate, acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property, advertising and promotion, employment and crisis management. Jennifer brings a unique blend of strategic insight, financial prowess, and legal acumen. Her deep knowledge and operational experience in consumer products underscores her ability to provide invaluable insights and guide clients through complex challenges and opportunities.

Jennifer served as the President of FILA North America from April 2019 until December 2022. A veteran of FILA North America and its affiliates since 2005 when she joined as Senior Vice President and Global General Counsel, Estabrook also served as Chief Operating Officer of FILA North America and as a member of the Board of Managers and Head of Global Licensing for FILA Luxembourg S.à.r.l. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland Baltimore Foundation, Inc. and Uplift Alliance Inc., a Baltimore based fiscal sponsor organization. Jennifer also served on the Board of Directors of Acushnet Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GOLF), the publicly traded maker of Titleist, FootJoy and other leading golf brands majority-owned by the parent company of FILA North America. She played a senior role in the acquisition of Acushnet from Fortune Brands in 2011, and of the global FILA business from Cerberus LLC in 2007.

Prior to joining Fila, Jennifer was the General Counsel of Archstone Consulting LLC, an independent strategy, operations and management consulting firm where she also served as a member of its Executive Committee. Prior to Archstone, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Moore Corporation Ltd. (NYSE/TSE: MCL) a $2 billion printing company. Prior to Moore, Jennifer was the Vice President and General Counsel of CTI Technologies, Inc. an electronic manufacturing services company based in Springfield, Massachusetts. Prior to CTI, Jennifer spent eight years in the Legal Department of The Stanley Works (NYSE: SWK) (now Stanley Black & Decker) the New Britain, Connecticut based manufacturer of tools for consumer, professional and industrial use, serving in positions of increasing responsibility culminating in her appointment as Acting Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Jennifer began in her career in the corporate finance department of the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She received a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. from Trinity College.
