Joanne Miriello has practiced in the area of financial services law for more than twenty years with a focus on open and closed end investment companies, including business development companies.

Joanne has significant experience in fund formation, compliance, marketing material review, reviewing non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements and side letters, general corporate law, corporate governance and regulatory matters. Joanne most recently served as Chief Legal Officer of the Credit Suisse family of funds. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Joanne was with Morgan Stanley Asset Management for six years. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Joanne was an associate with Paul Hastings LLP and before that was with New York Life Investment Management.

Joanne earned her law degree in 1994 from Fordham Law School. Joanne lives with her husband in Camas, Washington.
