Kulia Warner practices primarily in corporate law, focusing on working with businesses to develop solutions to contract processes including review and negotiation of confidentiality, finance, and real estate focused agreements. Kulia received a B.A. in Social Sciences from Washington State University, graduating magna cum laude. She then earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at The George Washington University Law School, graduating with honors. While in law school, Kulia successfully participated in the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition led by the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and served as student attorney in the Family Justice Litigation Clinic. Kulia is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland.

Born and raised in Hawai’i, Kulia enjoys travel and cooking as well as spending time with her rescue dog, Dingo.
