Lindy Bau is a corporate attorney with experience in private investment fund formation and related employee incentive plan matters. Prior to joining SRD Legal Group, she practiced at Proskauer Rose LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC, where she represented investment banks and investment advisers in the formation of private equity funds and hedge funds. Lindy also gained significant in-house experience as a Vice President at Credit Suisse, where her primary responsibility was to provide legal counsel for the creation and management of internal employee incentive plans.

Lindy received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.S. from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
