Maura L. Rosberger
Maura L. Rosberger has over twenty years of experience in commercial and business law with a focus on complex commercial contracts and technology transactions. She spent 9 years as an Assistant General Counsel at Ernst & Young LLP, where she managed a diverse range of transactional matters, including negotiation of client engagement letters, software development agreements, content and technology licenses, as well as alliance, sponsorship, advertising, co-branding and publishing agreements. She also was responsible for all of EY’s intellectual property matters, including management of the firm’s intellectual property portfolios, litigation and pre-litigation disputes, and was the lead lawyer supporting the firm’s marketing, advertising and public relations teams. She has also worked as a consultant in the legal groups of many Fortune 500 companies including Sony Corporation of America, Thomson Reuters, American Express and S&P Global.
Prior to moving in-house, Maura was an associate in the Intellectual Property departments of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Maura received her J.D. from George Washington University and her B.A. from Yale University.
Maura and her husband live in Manhattan with their teenage sons. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, doing the NY Times Sunday Crossword and Spelling Bee, and taking long walks in the park with her senior beagle.
