Melissa Savage Shiffman is of counsel to the firm, primarily concentrating on the review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements. For over 14 years, Melissa worked in Robinson+Cole’s Business Litigation Practice Group, starting as an associate and then as counsel. Melissa’s practice focused on representing large corporate clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation disputes and she has extensive experience during all phases of litigation and arbitration proceedings. In particular, Melissa’s experience included representing clients in the managed care industry in a multitude of breach of contract and fraud disputes concerning the unique business relationships among managed care companies, hospitals, physicians, ambulatory facilities, third-party administrators, and drug companies.
