Nancy began her legal career as a corporate and real estate associate at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson before joining Salomon Brothers Inc in 1989 as its first in house derivatives lawyer.

With nearly 4 decades of experience as a senior sell-side OTC derivatives attorney, Nancy has extensive expertise in capital markets documentation and U.S. financial regulatory implementation. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from The Benjamin N Cardozo School of Law where she served on the Law Review.

Nancy has led complex, enterprise-wide documentation and regulatory implementation initiatives across global trading businesses. She develops and executes strategic documentation frameworks that align evolving regulatory requirements, market standards, and business objectives.
