Nicki is a corporate attorney with experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Prior to joining SRD, she was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP’s Boston office and also worked for the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Public Records Division. Nicki received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill where she was a published member of the Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT) and member of the Pro Bono Board.

Nicki lives just outside of Boston with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends over home-cooked meals, and reading as much as possible.
