Olivia Koontz practices corporate law, focusing on the review and negotiation of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, vendor agreements, and hospitality agreements. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).

Olivia received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University, graduating with honors. She then earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at The University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Olivia completed over 130 hours of pro bono work, facilitated homeless veteran law clinics, and was a member of the Arbitration Team.

Residing in Northern Virginia, Olivia enjoys relaxing with her active duty Air Force spouse and their two children, and playing tennis in her free time.
