Wabi Jain is a corporate attorney with experience in banking & credit, M&A and general corporate law. He was previously an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP, where he represented corporate clients on a number of complex matters, including acquisition financings and mergers & acquisitions. Wabi received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a recipient of the Parker School Certificate for Achievement in Foreign and Comparative Law.
